Duties include Ensure that all assembly means (assembly line and auxiliaries) are kept in a functional and safe condition by dealing with predictive, preventive and curative maintenanceWorking to HSE requirements accordingly and promote safety mind set on day to day basisAccording to production/Quality/time and costs standards: Maintain the assembly production process (robots and processes) Follow assembly process, ensure planned maintenance, analyze and correctdeviations in such a way that equipment OEE is improved Support engineering team with equipment breakdowns.Cover any Maintenance Technicians holidays/absence.Support any out of hour call outs for major breakdownsPlan and carry out preventive maintenance of machinery, systems and utility services Repair efficiently assembly line and auxiliaries during downtime Supervise external companies/contractors undertaking any contract maintenance and repairs Seek constant reduction of unscheduled machinery and equipment downtime Participate in continuous improvement processes and activitiesActively involved with projects/new line installations Keep maintenance documentation available and updated Keep and document stocks of necessary spare parts for assembly line equipmentSupport level 1 maintenance training.TPM and 5s Control assembly operation and equipment (including robots)Check quality and conformity of the application process according to quality requirements and procedures.Apply maintenance level 1 procedures for robots and all assembly equipmentMinimize stops of the assembly linesIn case of defects, contribute to MBR and RCA, PDCA, action plan set up and deploy within his shift the corrective actions

Duties includeMaintain the reports daily and build up historical data files for TS16949..Work as part of a team within the Maintenance Dept. To implement & upkeep TS16949 procedures, .Liase with various departments regarding issues.Implementation of Continuous Improvement activities.Lead the day-to-day team activities.Responsible for ensuring automated production facility equipment is optimisedEnsure equipment utilisation is optimised through effective planned maintenance and continuous improvementEnsure adequate manning is maintained during productionEnsure a satisfactory level of time keeping and attendanceEnsure communication within department is optimised through shift hand over meetings and weekly team meetingResponsible for return to work completion.Responsible for staff training, and training matrix updatesUnderstanding of disciplinary processes and procedures and ability to conduct said meetings.Ensure all HS&E is adhered to including risk assessments, accident/incident reports completed and escalated to H&S Manager.Facilitate regular continuous improvement meetings.Monitor and provide employee feedback regarding absenteeism, job performance and schedule overtime when requiredControl of temporary Recruitment for dept, inline with business planPrepare detailed reports or figures as required including KPI’SResponsible for effective supervision , training , coaching and guidance of employeesFacilitate regular continuous improvement meetings
