- Filed the first deficiency-free Multi-Year Rate Plan for a water/wastewater utility in the history of North Carolina.- Supported and coordinated with regulatory, legislative, and internal stakeholders to help pass General Statute § 62-133.1B which authorizes the first forward-looking regulatory mechanism for water and wastewater utilities in North Carolina. This involved a lengthy rule making effort with Public Staff and industry partners, culminating in procedural rule R1-17A which governs Water and Sewer Investment Plans within the context of a Multi-Year Rate Plan.- Director of regulatory strategy, financial planning and analysis, and business development valuation modeling for the states of North Carolina, South Carolina, and Florida.

- Responsible for the daily management of all accounting and finance operations for the Florida Business Unit, including financial statement preparation for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.- Develops and maintains the annual budget for ongoing forecasts and financial strategic plans for all functional areas.- Manages regulated water and wastewater utility strategy which entails preparation of regulatory filings, overseeing communications with regulatory staff, and providing expert testimony to regulatory commission boards.
