My real estate expertise extends to project development, acquisitions, divestitures, land assembly and financing matters across a wide range of asset classes, including industrial, office, hospitality, single-tenant build-to-suit, residential condominiums and retail properties. My infrastructure and public-private partnership experience includes having acted for a variety of private participants on highway projects, railway transit and light rail projects, airport facilities, hospitals, a medical research centre and detention centre projects. I am very experienced with navigating the procurement process of the Société québécoise des infrastructures (SQI).I am co-chair of my firm’s construction practice and act for a wide variety of developers, builders, project owners, managers, investors and sponsors in real estate and infrastructure related matters.
