Received unsolicited praise from leadership team and received Safety Leadership Principle award for Q421 from BP London.• Prioritised logistics solutions and demonstrated care when BP stores impacted by floods in Qld & NSW resulting in the business being able to support critical emergency services and enhancing the brand’s reputation externally.• Coordinated and lead a project team to manage 3 long term terminal outages in Sydney using innovative approaches resulting in minimal disruption to customer experience. Recognised at 2016 annual Global Business Services (GBS) awards by winning the 'operations excellence' category• Successfully prepared and lead a project to convert 34 customer sites from manual to automated dipping, resulting in Fuel drivers spending an average 15 minutes less at each site which reduced customer impact and reduced safety incidents to zero
