My current role involves the management of the B2B Vodafone Prospecting team within the contact centre. As a member of the operations management team, I am responsible for the day to day management of 10 to 20 advisors to achieve team objectives including SLA’s; ensuring operational excellence, productivity and cost-effective management within my designated team. Main duties include Coaching and Development, regular 1-2-1’s, calls and data analysis, risk assessments, morale and motivation whilst keeping in constant communication with Senior and Account Management to deliver and exceed client expectations.
