Note that I was a team leader under the D+H umbrella from Feb 2017; the Finastra brand did not launch until June 2017.The project management role evolved and expanded into a promotion to the role of team leader of the EIP development & project delivery team. Note that this role is with the same company in the same location, Fundtech and then D+H were acquired by Misys to form a new company called FinastraI lead a team of 11, with a development team lead workign for me to run the day-to-day development activieies. My role is still intensely customer facing and involves project management due to the sheer volume of projects. As well as my customer facing role, which has expanded into programme management of the entire DHL relationship, I ensuring resource is planned effectively based on project demands as input into steering group meetings. the project demands may not always be mine, so this role is in parallel to the day to day PM activities.I have a new responsibility in this role which is people management - I am responsible for their career progression and annual reviews via our internal tool Workday. Fundtech were acquired by D+H.Electronic Invoice Presentment (EIP) Project Manager for a number of clients, responsible for both new deployments of the e-invoicing solution, plus on-going management via change control. Involvement in the full software life-cycle from requirements analysis, change control documentation, development team management, UAT, release control, and post-implementation support.The role expanded further with DHL committing to a global roll-out of our upgraded solution - MyBill. This included payments as well as presentment, so a full EIPP platform. The existing invoicing suite was expanded to include ERP integration (Oracle, SAP), online payments integration with many payment service providers globally (Worldpay, Ingenico, Standard Chartered, Mashreq, Adyen). Our solution involves integration with all parties to ensure a complete supply chain from receiving invoice data to financial reconciliation following successful payments.The product has been successfully implemented into all continents, expanding from most of Europe to including countries such as the US, Malaysia, Australia, Mexico, Brazil, Singapore, United Arab Emirates, Israel. -

Involvement in the full software life-cycle from requirements analysis, change control documentation, development team management, UAT, release control, and post-implementation support.I managed a number of customers such as RBI, TJG, RBS and Hilti, however the promary relationship was DHL Express Europe, and the management of 27 countries, plus the on-boarding of new countries. The functionality of the e-billing platform extended from the Express business to Freight and then Parcel, so multiple business entities on the same platform, and therefore multiple project teams and communication channels. The solution also extended from basic invoice presentment to payments integration with Worldpay for UK, print and post so that invoices could be sent to a print provider as well as direct to customers via email or file transfer. -
