As Head of Design for Clever Company my role involves product innovation and NPD for the Outdoor Recreational Market. I work closely with our partner factories in the Far East to create new products to bring to market for all the major retailers in the UK.

I had the pleasure of working as part of a highly creative team at Blacksheep on Blue Chip clients such as M&S Bank, The Co-op Bank, Shell Global Solutions, as well as Iceland Foods, LighterLife and Cambridge Weight Loss Solutions, but to name a few. Creating fully integrated marketing campaigns for The Co-op Bank and M&S Bank, including in-store Decor, marketing collateral, POS, TV and radio campaigns. My role as Art Director demanded creative solutions, from concept to conclusion, to time pressured deadlines. Working with such a team of young, dynamic, passionate creatives, copywriters, illustrators over a 10 year period, gave me a breadth of knowledge I will forever be grateful for.

Working as part of a small group of talented designers and copywriters, for PAB Studios. This fast paced advertising agency specialised in the motor industry, and the work involved creating car advertising for various local and national publications. Every brief needed to have a different creative execution, and needed to be complete to very specific timed deadlines. It was the perfect platform I needed as a relatively new designer to the industry, to help develop not only my design skills, but my typography and layout. Working to such tight, pressurised deadlines, really focused me and taught me the importance of planned a project properly and laid the foundation to any future roles.
