My position is to provide Customer Relations to the Water Treatment Professionals. Make sure we stock and provide the necessary products to help the Water Treatment Industry supply high quality products for a variety of applications.

Water Treatment Professional Services and Installations

Manage day to day operations, Install, service, sell Water treatment to the end user. Oversee the operations of the business, from personel to advertising and scheduling. I enjoyed working there as much as you could enjoy working for someone.

Lester Water was a Kinetico Dealer in the Southeast part of Pennsylvania. We covered the Philadelphia suburban area through Delaware and the Eastern Shores of Maryland. The primary business was to ensure Iron free, Neutral pH, Soft Water to home owners throughout this area. We also covered Restraunts, Farming areas, and light Industrial applications.

I started by working in the Technical department of Water Resources. My daily routine was to help with technical calls from Dealers and customers throughout the United States. Also worked directly in manufacturing of commercial equipement, warranty of parts and supplies, Inventory control, shipping and receiving assistance. I moved to the retail division to assist in Installations, service and personel management. I also was the P/R man to go to problem situations and resolve customer issues.

I assisted in the manufacturing of Water Cooler Industry. We were the Southwest supplier for Home Depot stores. Issued RGA for returns, coordinated shipping to regional stores. Built special order Water Coolers for custom applications. Technical support for customers and customer service issues.

I travelled to China and installed two bottling facilities. One 6K Reverse Osmosis system and bottling facility and the second was a 30k Reverse Osmosis System with full bottling lines both single bottle .5 liter to 5 gallon bottler. All pre-treatment Installation as well for both facilities.

This was a small family owned business where I was very independent to work on my own. We installed and sold primarily to home owners to correct a series of water concerns. From simple filtration to water softening, pH control by both neutralizing filters to chemical feed systems, Volital Organic removal (TCE, PCB's, 111TRI, etc), DI enchange, Water Coolers, Reverse Osmosis systems, salt routes, etc. Commercial water softening such as retirement homes and Days Inn. I performed basically every duty in that business pertaining to Water.
