Assist and review the companies debt levels following the relocation of head office from Essex to Nottingham.• Provide assistance and advice on potential write offs• Provide assistance and advice on potential county court action• Reduce aged debt 61 - 90 & 90+ by 70 – 75%• Maintain current debt below 31 – 60 days • Develop reports and financial analysis as required for internal purposes;• Develop and maintain effective working relationships to deliver the business objectives;• Identify, organize & implement credit practices, processes and procedures to enhance the effeteness of credit control

• Debt Collection for firms Fees from Courtesy Calls to Legal Action• Implement Credit Hound within Sage 200.• Aid and assist 4 other Credit controllers & Credit Control Administrator• Prepare and issue court proceedings including attending court hearings• deal with High Court Enforcement and County Court bailiffs • Design and maintain the Credit Control Policy based on customer performance (risk level/ receivables revenue/payment status) to ensure development of a healthy collections trend;• Monitor all overdue AR and bad debt provision to minimize Credit risk and ensure that the Credit Control Policy is adhered to at all times;
