I have 20 plus years of Customer Service and Account Management in aerospace hardware distribution and logistics. This is a very challenging industry and requires the ability to communicate effectively at many levels both internally and externally. It also has a need to have an ability to cross various functions such as quality, purchasing, sourcing and finance in order to meet customer demands.My experience over the years has been across a wide range of companies in the aerospace sector from small engineering companies up to the major players such as Rolls Royce, BAe, Leonardo Helicopters and many of their subcontractors.This variety of customers and their differing demands means I have developed the ability to adapt quickly to changes in what is expected and provide the best possible service in any given situation.I have experience of working as part of a team or independently on numerous projects including contract implementations, continuous improvement plans, team management and target based initiatives.For the last several years i have managed a team focussed on serving a customer base of 400+ customers globally generating annual revenue in excess of £20m.In today's world I feel that Customer Service is more important then ever and believe I have a great deal to offer in this sector although the skills I have developed would serve well across many different industries.
