The Employee Assistance Society of North America (EASNA) is a bi-national association whose members consist of individuals, organizations, employers, and students in Canada and the US interested in advancing knowledge, research, and best practices toward achieving healthy and productive workplaces. Since 2001 Phil has been actively involved in EASNA in varied roles including Sponsorship Committee Chair, Chair of the Annual Institute, Treasurer, Vice President, and most recently as the Association President (2009-2011.)
