In this role I lead the North America Private Label team to drive sales, margin, and other key metrics for a $300MM+ business. I develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to understand production capabilities and leverage supplier’s product lines. I lead negotiations to secure the most advantageous position regarding pricing, delivery, product specifications, rebates and other supplier support for our products. I work cross functionally with quality, regulatory, legal, category leaders, supply chain, marketing and finance to develop, source, and sell the entire portfolio of products. I lead the newly created Commercial Product Manager team to facilitate an increase in the commercial organizations focus on Private Label portfolio. I drive private label projects with a focus on the total cost of ownership resulting in greater sales and profitability for the company including managing the relationship with our low cost region sourcing team to drive direct sourcing opportunities, control quality, and manage OEM supplier relationships.

•Partners with the Senior Management and functional leaders to establish strategy to optimize sourcing costs, supply chain planning process, international logistics, distribution and compliance.•Works cross functionally to communicate all necessary information regarding supply chain issues. •Manage the Trade Compliance department including freight negotiations, C-TPAT membership, freight standards, inbound container tracking, freight claims, small package freight management, establishing policies and procedures, and advising management on trade related issues. •Improve supply chain process by implementing new software and streamlining workflow process•Manage product related purchasing for the organization.
