Developed a database to measure the productivity of the paint and welding departments at Bay Ship. Responsibilities include daily tracking and measuring of work performed to create production rates used to plan future jobs.

Primarily responsible for testing of production vehicles to assure excellent quality and reliability before the car is delivered. This included, testing the Model S on the test track to fully exercise vehicle functions. Test includes high accelerations, steering & cornering, brake performance, squeak & rattle roads, hill climb and park brake hold, etc. Additional responsibilities include documenting results of test, inputting defects into database, and review defects identified with manufacturing teams to develop plans to repair vehicle as needed.

Primary work focused on managing residential construction projects for various clients within Monterey County. Responsibilities included managing sub-contractors, communicating status updates with clients, maintaining strict time schedules, as well as the occasional hands on work. In addition, I gained some experience with tile work, drywall, HVAC, and electrical.

Worked on high end residential finish carpentry on new and re-model construction. Completed several kitchen re-model jobs as well as a ground up dethatched in-law unit. Additionally, worked in the cabinet shop milling lumber for custom jobs, and completing smaller woodworking projects.

Primary responsibilities include framing residential additions, replacing exterior siding on apartment communities, as well as several smaller remodel jobs.

Opened the San Francisco office with a senior underwriter for the recently formed subsidiary of Prudential Life Insurance Company. Underwrote 10-year fixed rate commercial real estate mortgages for the sole purpose of creating and distributing commercial mortgage backed securities.Periodically re-located to corporate headquarters on the east coast underwriting and structuring the above mortgages into various asset classes for securitization.
