Clients & Stakeholders covered the spectrum of commercial retail & food service; government agencies and NGO’s and special interest groups. The MSC is the only globally UN accepted third-party certification program claiming to reverse the decline in wild fish stocks.Phil has experience in a variety of roles at Dole Food Company as, VP Marketing & Sales, and in operations, business development and industry affairs, he was appointed to the President’s Council of the Grocery Manufacturers Association (GMA).Held responsibility for over 35 countries including different “in country assignments” in UK Latin America & Canada. In the past Philip has held leadership positions with Unilever and managing a successful “turn around” of a Houlihan Lokey owned Alaska based seafood processor. Most recently as Group Managing Director Americas for Marine Harvest the world’s largest aquaculture company. He is knowledgeable of Latin America and Asia where he had significant responsibility and continues to travel. He has served in multiple roles on association boards for food and distributive industry as well as FDA and other regulatory bodies and provided guidance and opinion to a number of congressional hearings.
