Oversees operation and maintenance of $250M in critical communications and command and control systems, as well as theater battle management systems, both in-garrison and deployable. Initiates and oversees effective and thorough coordination of highly complex issues across various functional areas within the wing and between Barksdale AFB and higher headquarters.
