Phil is currently a Senior Advisor at Perella Weinberg Partners. He is also an Advisory Director at several emerging growth companies. He brings over 40 years of experience in sell side analysis, investments, investment banking, consulting and management. Phil has been at Perella Weinberg Partners in several senior capacities since 2006 on both the Asset Management and Advisory businesses. From 1997 through 2006 he was a senior investment professional at Morgan Stanley and John Levin (aka BKF Capital) personally managing over $9 billion, leading numerous investment teams, sitting on the risk management committee of a $400 billion asset management firm and sitting on the management committee of a publicly traded company . From 1995 to 1997 he ran the 200 person North American Morgan Stanley Equity Research Department and sat on the Equity Commitment Committee and founded and chaired the Stock Selection Committee. From 1983 through 1995, he was on the sell side covering Aerospace and Defense at Drexel Burnham Lambert, Paine Webber and Morgan Stanley including a number one ranking in both Aerospace and Defense Electronics.
