Phil Gallagher is a graduate of Worcester Polytechnic Institute, Worcester, MA, with a B.S. Degree in civil engineering and construction management. He has more than 25 years of engineering experience, and over 30 years project management experience on engineering and construction tasks that include new facilities, renovations, remodels, and retrofits of existing industrial and office buildings, roads, plant upgrades, utilities infrastructure, and waste water disposal systems. Mr. Gallagher has extensive experience in the design and construction of facilities used for the treatment and storage of nuclear materials and fuel. He also has a strong background in the area of land reuse and Brownfield development. He has previously worked for the Electric Boat Division of General Dynamics, Westinghouse Idaho Nuclear Company, Kaiser Engineers and some small engineering and environmental consulting firms. Mr. Gallagher joined BSI in 2001 as a Program Manager. Since that time, he has assumed responsibility for the day to day contract and financial operations of the company. In his current roles as Senior Vice President, he oversees the growth and expansion of Babcock Services.Specialties: Government contracting, financial reporting, bid and proposal development - specifically cost and basis of estimate.
