Neurish is a software platform offering digital health apps and websites to the patient community while also providing an API to payers, providers, and other healthcare companies serving analytics, insights, HEORs, and other reports to improve therapies and healthcare services.As CEO, it is my responsibility to provide strategic leadership for Neurish by working with the Board to establish goals, strategies, plans, and policies to ensure the success of the company.

Research Management Consultants Inc. (RMCI) is a privately held corporation that provides technical services for both public and private clients. I work as a web developer as part of the Office of Personnel Management web development team. I develop and test web pages for OPM.gov using ASP.NET with C#, javascript, xml, html, and css.In my current position, I develop web pages for the Multi-State Plan Program. The Multi-State Plan (MSP) Program was established under the Affordable Care Act. The program directs OPM to contract with private health insurers in each State to offer high-quality, affordable health insurance options called Multi-State Plans. MSP coverage is offered through the Health Insurance Marketplace.

Leidos is a Fortune 500 company that brings a mix of innovative technology and sector expertise to customers in national security, engineering, and health markets. Phil works with four other team members as a Software Applications Engineer 3 with an active Secret-level security clearance. He codes for multiple enterprise-class complex development projects, is well-versed in C#.NET application development, and works with the Agile development process. He designs, implements, and tests software and infrastructure solutions for his team. In addition to C# and C++, he works with MS SQL Server, XSLT, XML Schemas, and BizTalk 2009. Phil has installed and configured his team’s application on the customer’s system while also training them on how to use it. Phil received a rating of “Exceeded Expectations” on all reviews in his first year.

Northrop Grumman is a global aerospace and defense technology company that builds aircraft carriers and other military aircraft for government clients and international partners. I supervised two other team members as Team Lead in a Software Engineer Level 2 position with a Secret-level security clearance. I managed and coded for multiple enterprise-class complex development projects using the C#.NET application development lifecycle, and worked with the CMMI and Agile development process. I organized and facilitated meetings for my team and larger office groups. I served as a Northrop Grumman representative to a NATO working group, brainstorming software and infrastructure solutions with international partners.Within the first few months of employment I discovered and resolved several bugs in pre-existing project code. I was promoted to my position of Team Lead and received a rating of “Exceeded Expectations” on all reviews in my first year. I wrote automated build scripts and software to automate project builds and documentation, making the process more efficient for my Team. I wrote unit tests for all my project’s software components using the NUnit test framework and the Visual Studio 2010 test environment. I regularly prepared and presented software demonstrations to customers and communicated with them regularly to ensure their satisfaction.
