I'm currently the Director, ICT Operations at the University of Southern Queensland, where I'm responsible for managing the teams that run the day to day operations of ICT infrastructure. I have oversight and management of Networks, AV, Client Support, Enterprise Applications, Hosting Infrastructure and User Training & Experience.Prior to UniSQ, I was engaged as the Faculty Technology Manager for the University of Technology, Sydney, where I'm worked in the Faculty of Engineering and IT (FEIT) and developed a technology strategy for 2022-2027.I was previously the Team Leader of the Cloud Solutions (DevOps) Team and Data and Integration Team at PwC in Utrecht, Netherlands, where my focus was on building agile teams, reducing the time to market for products, improving data, data quality, integrations and processes for our internal clients.Before joining PwC, I worked predominantly in Higher Education, including my two most recently appointments as an IT manager at the University of Groningen (RuG) and a Technology Engagement Leader at the University of New South Wales (UNSW) — where I was responsible for the management of large teams undertaking the day to day operations for IT infrastructure and services.I have an MBA and a Graduate Certificate of Management from Charles Sturt University and a Diploma of Network Engineering from TAFEKey Skills: IT management, team leadership and formation, process analysis and improvement, technology life cycling, vendor engagement, stakeholder engagement, project management
