In addition to that we would also manage the productivity board (KPI Board) for each department which helped them monitor the progress of the daily productivity, revenue, inventory, and quality of service. This helped departments understand trends in the business that were not up to par and allowed them to take action to fix problems that would not be seen without the use of the KPI boards. Being as efficient as possible was the key to helping the bottom line.
