    During the timeframe above I spent a year as the property Continuous Improvement Specialist. During this time I would coordinate and lead small teams of employees from across the property to evaluate specific departments standard operating procedures to ensure they are completing all tasks as efficiient as possible. At the end of each week we would report all findings to the executive team on property using powerpoint. This gave me alot of exposure to talking in front of large group and being able to present our finds and what possible saving we were able to create. During the times we did not have a group meet I would follow-up with each department previously looked at to ensure they are following through with the findings and procedure put in place during the event. In addition to that we would also manage the productivity board (KPI Board) for each department which helped them monitor the progress of the daily productivity, revenue, inventory, and quality of service. This helped departments understand trends in the business that were not up to par and allowed them to take action to fix problems that would not be seen without the use of the KPI boards. Being as efficient as possible was the key to helping the bottom line.
