Prototype under test, Oomph is looking to change the fuel filling paradigm and accelerate the world of convenience by delivering EV charge to your door. A graduate of the School of Industrial Design (Engineering) at the Royal College of Art, I'm national director of BIDA (British Industrial Design Association) and Visiting Professor of New Product Design at Middlesex University. I continue to maintain a close relationship with education and recently contributed to the Encyclopaedia of Design, published by Bloomsbury. I regularly speak on the changing role of industrial design and its impact on our daily lives. In the next decade Industrial Design will continue to shift from being a ‘nice to have’ service to being a key strategic tool in shaping the future.
