Darling Downs Hospital & Health Service (Qld Health) Responsible for the management and leadership for capital projects, infrastructure planning, and property throughout the Darling Downs in Queensland. Including client project director for the new Toowoomba Hospital Business Case. Client project director for the construction of new Kingaroy Hospital. Prior to joining the Darling Downs Hospital & Health Services Phil was the General Manager of Toowoomba Wellcamp Airport in Toowoomba. Under Phils leadership, Toowoomba Wellcamp Airport was the fastest growing airport in Australia and was awarded the best regional airport in Australia by the Australian Airports Association. Phil has served on a wide range of boards, including the Toowoomba Chamber of Commerce, Southern Queensland Tourism, Jondaryan Wool Shed, and Ability Enterprises. Phil is currently board chair for Ability Enterprises. Phil has a proven track record having successfully led a range of businesses in a variety of industries. From an early career in logistics managing imports, exports and off shore distribution centers, managing construction materials businesses including reinforcing steel, concrete, quarries, and concrete pumping.
