I lead the financial modelling group at Grant Thornton, guiding teams that create transparent and insightful Excel forecasts. I have more than 25 years of modelling experience and a unique skillset having worked in professional practice, banking, and industry, with particular sector expertise across infrastructure, private equity and fund management clients. Our model builds are typically used to assist in financial forecasting, corporate strategy, M&A, refinancings and restructuring.I am delighted to be able to direct a large team of exceptionally-talented professional modellers, applying progressive financial modelling practices that deliver improved forecasts for clients. Each day brings us a new complex puzzle to solve. I regularly find myself playing a major role in distilling client requirements and shaping solutions towards success. I love working with clients and contributing to making the important decisions central to business success.Away from work I enjoy rugby, these days from a safe spectating distance. I also keep busy working my way around the large number of excellent restaurants London has to offer, balancing such minor excess with regular park runs.
