A seasoned executive, I have spent the past 18 years in the technology industry and have enjoyed turning every new challenge into an opportunity to succeed. During that time I have excelled in various positions, from leading an operations group guiding sales teams with annual revenue targets well over a billion dollars, to successfully helping conceptualize and launch a startup company serving the needs of law firms and Fortune 500 companies alike. While each of these roles required unique skills and experience, I came to realize certain things that are integral to success in any leadership position, and that by applying my extensive knowledge, driving positive change becomes possible.Throughout my career I have found that by engaging and coordinating stakeholders, and creating and fostering an environment that maximizes talent and expands on opportunities, it is possible to align individual and corporate goals, meet revenue targets, manage costs and grow the bottom line.
