We are also vendors for other software products, including Snap (for online surveys and reporting), and QPSMR (for CATI and paper surveys).I have always liked to focus on software that offers real productivity gains and allows automation where it makes sense. I think that the time users have to spend carrying out their work using software is often neglected when buying software. I like to think that our products are all focused on productivity. Software should make simple things simple but be able to cope with the necessary complexities when needed.I am an expert in the use of MRDCL, the no.1 data tabulation and analysis software. I used to think that I knew more about MRDCL than anyone else in the world but old age tells me there are some really smart younger users out there who have made fantastic productivity gains by using MRDCL to its full potential.I still have goals even at my age. If I can help the market research industry's work (even a little) to get recognised as being more valuable and for it to be used at a higher level, I will have succeeded.Most of my business is focused on the European and Asian markets with offices in UK and the Philippines, a country I love to visit.
