Development of Innovative System Transformation Concept and oversight of a $750,000 system investment from my Current agency (ADAMH Board of Franklin County). Oversight of over 40 Children, Mental Health and AOD and HIV/AIDS agencies which serve 40,000 consumers per year. Mediate and Resolve consumer’s complaints and grievances with HIV/AIDS, AOD, and MH Agencies. Developed System Protocols and Procedures for timely complaint and grievance resolutions. Develop and provide training for Franklin County Provider Agencies Client Rights Officers. Moderate CIT (Crisis Intervention Training) Family Panel for Local Law enforcement officers. Coalition Building to Provide a unified voice to Legislators and Politicians. Formulated Collaborative Partnerships with Multi-Systems. Presenting Quarterly Results from the Strategic Business Plan to senior staff in the Managing for Results format (Similar to LEAP approach).
