• Provided $1M in contracted support to assist mainland Japan in the tsunami resulting from March 2011 that damaged the Fukushima nuclear plant and nearby communities.
• Led five different phases of housing renovation contracts to improve Japanese-provided base housing on various installations across the island; a major Military Construction effort valued at $50M on 2.8K housing units.

• Served in a Commander-equivalent position responsible for final closeout and disposition of a $10B portfolio of open US military contracts from Iraq under Operation NEW DAWN for of organization 69 personnel strong.
• At that time, SCO-Q included the Theater Contracting Center which purchased commodities under the "Afghan First" program for use in support of Operation ENDURING FREEDOM. It also ran an analysis branch which studied.
• SCO-Q officially closed down operations on 31 MAR 2012, personally supporting the 2-star commander as an action officer, and finished my deployment working at Chief of Future Operations under the J3.

• Preserved and enhanced strategic relationships with Military Legislative Assistants to US Senators who served on Appropriations and Budget Committees.
• Solely represented the US Air Force senior leadership and the $170B annual Air Force budget on a daily basis to 44 Senators on all matters of concern to the US Congress.
• Led 8 different Senate Staffer visits to Air Force installations in order to garner Congressional support for Air Force priorities.
• Led efforts to support for $5B in new stand-ups, to include the 24th Air Force and Global Strike Command, as well as an additional $1.3B in aircraft procurement funds, $222K toward overseas contingency operations.
