Since 2006, I've been involved with numerous start-ups in various capacities and at differing stages. Most have been in the web and app spaces and have covered a variety of sectors: from retail, consumer and food & drink through to fin-tech and others.The common theme with all of the start-ups has been to do something 'not boring', be disruptive and aim to provide new ways to try and help a lot of people's lives be that little bit better, easier and - hopefully - a bit more fun. Along the way I've had - and continue to enjoy having - the pleasure of working alongside some truly brilliant, bright, creative, caring, passionate and driven people who work damned hard to try and make a difference whilst retaining the spark to let their hair down and have fun too.

Clients included UBS, Nectar and numerous global private equity firms. Client engagements consisted of due diligence/advisory services, strategic & operational consultancy and bespoke high-end development projects with numerous assignments either culminating in industry awards for the client and/or representing ‘firsts’ for the market.During its 10-year existence, Evolution appeared in both the Sunday Times Fast Track 100 and Tech Track 100 lists of the country’s fastest growing private companies as well as winning multiple awards including the PWC Driving Ambition award for Best Management Team and making the semi-finals of the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year competition.
