I have worked on the NASCO Processing System for over 29 years in various capacities, as both a direct employee and as a Blue Cross and Blue Shield Plan employee. My health insurance experience predates my "Blue" life as a licensed life and health agent. In my current role, I am responsible for managing the budgeting and forecasting tools and processes for my division. I manage a team of professionals that provide the provisioning, on-boarding, maintaining, and off-boarding of over 1,000 contingent workers worldwide for the company. Additionally, I am responsible for contract management tools and processes for the enterprise and utilize these to actively negotiate, approve, and manage the contracts, including deliverables tracking, for those resources and NASCO's relationships with their respective vendors. I have developed capacity and demand management systems to manage those resources as well as approximately 170 NASCO Professional Services associates. I am also responsible for developing and maintaining financial forecasts and driving the annual budgeting process for the division. I served the president of my homeowner's association for 3rd terms and was the past president of On Guard, the High School Fencing League of Georgia. I was the voice of the North Gwinnett High School Marching Band for 5 years, and have been privileged to announce at the Georgia Dome several times. I am active volunteer with the Boy Scouts of America, serving at the unit and district levels since 2006. I am looking to continue to grow the breadth & depth of my knowledge and experience to be better able to support my team and others who depend upon me.Specialties: Health insurance & Blues industry knowledge, NASCO Processing System experience, project management, business analysis, Microsoft Office including Visio, SharePoint, contract negotiation & management, process and workflow re-engineering, sales, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, Power BI, and data science
