Manager Of Consumer Sales
CurrentCoordinates, organizes, and reports on the status of all of the work assignments within the Consumer Sales Group. Maintain a working relationship with Consumer Marketing and Sales staff to determine product sales development and marketing needs. Monitor and report on competitive activities, and community needs within marketplace. Manage and monitor all Dealer relations. Interact on a regular basis with Dealers.Manage the day to day activities of the Dealer Support group, and Corporate Store to ensure the communication and distribution of all new promotions, customer agreements, internal documents and cellular products, and current marketing material at the Sales Channels. Act as the main point of contact for all interested new Dealers. Discuss and review Dealer agreements and provide the necessary training for any new Dealer. Manage and monitor the day to day activities of the Corporate Store Managers and Dealer Support Manager, including, hiring, training, motivating, disciplining, scheduling and evaluating.Develops policies and procedures for the all Dealers and the Corporate Store, and ensures adherence. Responsible for developing and implementing process improvements for the Corporate Store and Dealer Channel. Prepares necessary capital/operating budgets associated with the Corporate Store, Local and Regional Dealers. Responsible for setting sales goals for, Corporate Store, Local and Regional Dealers. Handles customer issues that require management involvement for resolution.
