Following my secondment with Gazprom Energy's parent company, I was responsible for developing cross company transparency in trading. I managed a team of analysts, account managers and energy traders working across GB, France and the Netherlands and I was accountable for the Energy Procurement Desk's P&L while also growing the company's shipping business.

Reporting to the Head of Retail Trading in this secondment, my role was to manage market risk for the Retail business whilst contributing to the overall financial performance. As there were no managerial duties, I was tasked with developing trust opportunities between the two organisations whilst learning to trade.

I was responsible for the sale of all flexible purchasing products and the associated servicing of those accounts - the largest and most valuable of Gazprom Energy's customers. I managed a large team of account managers selling to energy intensive organisations in Great Britain and Ireland, both directly and via brokers/consultants.

I managed flexible procurement contracts for large gas and power customers in Great Britain and Ireland.
