Phil has twelve years residential and commercial FM experience with a media, technical, IT and operations background. Previously Phil worked as Building Operations Supervisor for JLL and Building Manager for Higher Living.Phil commenced his FM career with Volkofsky & Brown as Building Manager at several mixed use sites around Sydney's CBD for more than two years. The role included comprehensive on the job training and guidance from principal and founder, Colin Volkofsky. Phil has an operations, technical and media background with ten years freelance/contract experience working on film and television drama and documentaries within post-production audio. Fifteen years’ service at two IMAX cinemas (Sydney and Adelaide) as Senior IMAX film projectionist and Technical Manager (Adelaide).He obtained a Master of Arts in Film and Television from the Australian Film Television and Radio School (Specialising in Sound Design) in 2003 and subsequently managed a boutique editorial studio offering 5.1 sound design and mixing.Academically of note, Phil attended the South Australian School of Art.
