Since I joined the property sector in 2005, I’ve been passionate about setting new standards across the industry - from Building and Estate Management to Build to Rent, Building Safety, Compliance, Valuation, Asset Management and beyond - I am and have always been committed to delivering real change. I pride myself as being a hard working, determined individual that is commercially astute and places great value on the integrity of both mine and my team's work. I am ethical and believe that exceptional service delivery and communication are the key areas that will deliver long term, sustainable success. When I joined Centrick in 2020 (mid Covid!) I knew there was a huge opportunity to build on the vision of the Founders to raise the benchmark in the management of peoples’ homes. Alongside our talented Board of Directors and industry leading operational teams we’re pioneered grass roots talent, innovation and delivering a step change across the property sector and it shows, with over 270 team members managing 27,000 homes nationally across the UK I’m incredibly proud and humbled that we are trusted to manage over £4billion in client assets. As I personally continue to grow, learn and lead I believe that to remain market leading any business must be aware and willing to pre-empt, adapt and react to changes to the industry environment and it's customers expectations, which is why I will continue to raise the bar and innovate to stay ahead of the competition.
