Responsible for full store operations including sales planning, scheduling and P&L. Accountable for all recruiting, coaching and developing all associates to ensure outstanding customer service.

Provide support and supervision over all Front End, Service desk, payroll and Cash Office associates in multiple States. Recruit, developed and coached all managers for Front End and cash office departments. Responsible for creating, developing and implementing procedures, policies and standards to achieve a superior level of customer service. Responsible for all customer inquiries and resolutions ensuring customer satisfaction. Provide support for AP/AR departments regarding house charges, applying payments, defining procedures and evaluating accounts for bad debt write offs. Provide leadership and training to all customer service personnel and monitor for compliance with all corporate programs and government regulations.
