Tetherex Pharmaceuticals is initiating phase 2 trials for SelK2, a humanized monoclonal antibody for P-selectin glycoprotein ligand-1. These trials are designed to study the efficacy of SelK2 in prevention of Deep Venous Thrombosis and treatment of Crohn's disease. Other possible target indications include other inflammatory diseases, multiple myeloma and other blood cell malignancies, and other thrombotic diseases.

The 4J Ranch is headquartered in Wayne, Oklahoma with additional holdings in Alfalfa and Jackson Counties in Oklahoma, Harper Co, Kansas and Las Animas Co, Colorado. These properties have been acquired and operated for oil and gas development, sustainable, grass fed beef production and quality wildlife management.

Founding Board member and Series A investment lead angel. Selexys successfully developed and completed trials of SelG1, a novel P Selectin inhibitor for prevention and treatment of Sickle Cell disease crisis. Selexys was acquired by Novartis Pharmaceuticals in November, 2016.

Founded Norman Urology Associates with Senior Partner, Ed Dakil in January, 1994 and enjoyed 22 years practice in Norman, OK. NUA added Drs Whitesell and Wilson to become the largest and busiest Urology group in South Central Oklahoma. Retired September, 2016 to operate current and pursue developing business interests.

Appointed to NRH Board during an extremely challenging period in which a large class of hepatitis victims were seeking compensation for injuries. Balancing the long term medical needs of our community verses the immediate and expensive needs of these plaintiffs ultimately became the catalyst for growth that improved both the quality and the marketshare of our institution. My committee directed both the visioning and building the NRH Healthplex and Medical Park West as well as the acquisition of Moore Medical Center.

Developed alignments between NRH and its physicians to optimize quality of care. Points of emphasis during this term was developing healthy community strategies such as funding and educating school nurses, community education programs that emphasize healthy lifestyle choices. NPHO also focused on negotiations with payers that enhanced quality and efficiency of care by improving integration and communication between providers and the hospital.
