• Line managed five Project Leads, the Office Assistant and led the organisation for a period of four months between Director appointments.• Led all aspects of moving UpRising from a social venture at the Young Foundation into an independent charity and company.• Financial oversight of a budget of c£900,000 including heavy involvement in fundraising most notably via a successful application to Esmée Fairbairn for a £150,000 grant to expand the programme into new regions.• Led on operations for four cities, including an expansion into Manchester and further planned expansion in 2013.

• Management, monitoring and evaluation of Envision’s Young Leaders programmes in London for which we won the Guardian Charity of the Year Award in 2009.• Managed relationships with schools, partners and upwards of 150 adult volunteers. Working closely with staff and Envision alumni to ensure all aspects of the programme were youth led.
