This service was delivered under contract to the Small Business Service (then part of the Department of Trade and Industry, now the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy)It involved fostering partnerships with a variety of business support organisations and trade associations, raising awareness of the Supply2gov.uk service, thereby opening up lower value contract opportunities to UK SMEs. The role also included the creation and delivery of training and support to buyers and suppliers on the S2G service and related public procurement topics.This contract was successfully delivered with over two hundred thousand SME suppliers registering and receiving free low value contract opportunities through the Supply2portal, as well as working with business support organisations and contracting authorities to help the SME community take advantage of this resource.

This property portfolio enabled BiP to capitalise on their cash reserves and the growth in the property market.Responsibility to ensure that all properties were market ready for letting in the shortest possible time, as well as end to end management of the letting process, thereby maximising profit for BiP.Gained support for my successful proposal to return BiP’s old offices to residential use, to maximise profits. Project management and oversight of the entire process to transform the offices into four contemporary properties including securing all required contractors from architects to decorators. Responsible for successfully marketing and selling the properties.Responsibility for a number of projects to improve BiP’s offices, e.g. facility security upgrades, main offices re-fenestration, new server facility, etc.
