Sundry commercial, industrial and residential projects nationwide.• Achievements : Recognition of, and advice upon, requirements of Construction Management Contract; key early advice to Client to avert Adjudication. • Responsibilities : Considerable and extensive direct Client liaison. Preparation of tender documents, cost reports, valuations etc.
