In my current role, a member of the Europe HR Leadership team, I am the HR Business Partner for a population size of circa 800 employees across 26 countries, comprised of the Core Product, Services, Commercial & New Flows, Services Sales & Business Development and Marketing & Communications verticals for the region.Key Responsibilities:• Strategic HR partner to a number of the European Senior Management Team (ESMT) and Global Functional heads, with a focus to develop and deliver people strategies and solutions within the overall talent agenda, whilst often acting as a sounding board/coach on a wide variety of topics• Own all elements of HR including rewards, employee relations, talent, performance, organisation development/change, culture, leadership and learning and development, to achieve actionable outcomes to support the strategic growth of the respective business lines moving forward. • Drive change for the business through cross-functional planning, identification and strategic implementation of progressive organisational structures. • Serve as subject matter expert for local labour and employment regulatory environment, regularly review HR strategies to ensure compliance and partner with HR colleagues within markets and across regions when required. • Effectively partner cross-functionally and geographically within a matrixed environment with COEs, and other HRBPs at a divisional, regional and global level. • Deliver on talent forecasts, succession planning progress and talent review updates whilst adapting talent programs for implementation across competing business units. • Hold full budget control at the European level for five business verticals.• Manage, coach and develop a team of European HRBPs located across the region. • Working expertly through Workday and Microsoft Excel to provide strong reporting and analytics capability to drive key KPI’s and the DEI agenda for the company.
