I am an experienced senior executive who has worked in many Blue-Chip organisations at the highest levels of quality, continuous improvement and EH&S leadership. I have extensive knowledge of Aerospace, Industrial, Automotive and Rail industry experience in driving and leading transformational change in Quality and Lean performance.From an EH&S experience, I have managed facilities which are ISO 14001 & 18001 / 45001. These facilities we permitted (IPPC) and had consent to discharge licences in-place. Employees were under nominal role oversight for various potential work related risks (HAV’s, Noise, Skin, Lung). I was a key member of the incident management team and worked with local authorities in reducing risks.My roles have also provided me with an extensive understanding of business performance and the leavers that need to be pulled to drive a step change. I am also proven in developing and laying out the applicable vision and strategic direction needed to drive a step change. I have the experience to drive a cultural change in either Quality, Continuous Improvement or EH&S and translate it to the employees into the tangible asks so they understand the WHY.My experience in working in heavily regulated industries and dealing with external customers, suppliers and regulatory bodies including government and MOD allows me to apply my skills to other types of manufactures sectors.
