Principal (Accomplishments)NAPA Major Accounts Project – Provided data analytics for the $900 million in sales division of GPC Corporation. This assignment required extractions of information from their ERP system, wherein I developed targeted sales reporting mechanisms that focused upon trends in purchasing behavior. MagnaFlow and Bosal Exhaust Supply Chain Transformation – Planned, directed and implemented the supply chain transformation for the merger of MagnaFlow and Bosal Exhaust Companies. This project involved the melding of two very dissimilar approaches to capturing sales within the automotive exhaust industry. The solution developed required understanding how to blend the best attributes of each company into a strategy to eliminated duplicity and maximize human, manufacturing and distribution assets to attain the cost and service goals making the new company stronger and more effective that the two companies were alone. The new strategy required conversion to a new ERP system that maximized the manufacturing and distribution footprint. Manufacturing Supply Chain and Procurement Project – The project required streamlining the value chain using the company’s MRP system combined with databases that I created to ensure optimization of inventory and just-in-time processes. EXOTRAC Yard Management Solutions – Developed the design and created the targeted verbiage for their website. This assignment required a comprehensive understanding of Global Supply Chain interaction. The web design and verbiage maximized the Google sequencing algorithms verbiage ensuring that our website moved to the top of the listings when potential customers registered hits on the website. The cloud-based visibility solution provides retailers the ability to capture Omni-channel sales with greater efficiency and profitability.

Promoted into this senior level position with responsibility for the evolution and transformation of the Midas value-chain in support of the Midas dealer network in a prescriptive manner to create an enhanced retail consumer experience.

Promoted to strategize and lead the successful downsizing of Midas International’s wholesale business which ultimately allowed Midas to emerge from near bankruptcy to economic viability.

Recruited to lead the creation of the direct-to-store delivery system which provided improved parts availability from the 18 distribution centers to the 1,800 dealer locations.
