January 2016 - Present : Promoted to Customer Service/dispatch  Dealing quickly and efficiently with customer orders, enquiries and complaints by phone, fax or email. Expedite customer orders, including keeping them informed of delays, backorders any other relevant information Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle and resolve customer enquiries and complaints Communicate and coordinate with other departments regarding production, technical, warehouse issues and credit in relation to customer orders, complaints and enquiries and to credit and re-invoice when required.  Proficient in the use of several databases, including: Red Prairie, System 21, Bliss and Oracle to:o Locate products for requested area.o Provides stock information to customers and relevant departmentso Load prices approved and requested by sales representatives Ability to assess data and reports that drive demand and action requirements Have a good knowledge of Dow Corning Products, glazing products.  Despatch and look after stock levels and monitor production time scales for larger accounts.  Facilitating with warehouse logistics and liaise with internal Customer Service teams

Managing warehouse work load Checking of all important orders through to completion Dealing with carriers (booking deliveries in and out) Training staff for in warehouse procedures and systems. Supervision of yearly stock take of products from start to finish.
