I am the managing director of LECE and a proud leader of a growing team of 20+ amazing humans.What I am exited about, is growing a company where good people never want to leave and, if they do, leave with more skills then when they came in. I get exited when our clients enjoy the experience of working with our teams and want us to stick around to add value to their business.Finally, I enjoy meeting other business owners and managers that inspire me, keep me energized, and challenge my thinking.
