MANAGEMENT: Daily management and supervision of high profile electronic security installations and service. Material sourcing, purchasing and receiving. Sub Contractor and Vendor bid negotiation, and bid awarding. Project budget and labor management. Project scheduling and completion processes. Direct employee training and evaluations. Competent in dealing with compensation, negotiation and conflict resolution. Multi-tasking skills. Strong leadership skills and accountability to management. Experience with Microsoft Office, SBN, SAP,and COGNOS software systems.FIELD OPERATIONS: Install, service, and inspect Intrusion Alarms, Access Control, CCTV, Fire, and Intercom Systems in residential, commercial and industrial institutions. Responsible for on site job supervision including directing and training technicians. Implement plan of installation and completion of scheduled jobs. Management of deadlines and attainment of set completion deadlines.CUSTOMER SERVICE: Competent in scheduling and completing problem resolution. Experience in negotiating customer concerns, leading to win-win solutions. Ability to communicate with customers to establish rapport and customer support.
