Led a cross-functional team delivering world class solutions for high profile organisations across financial services, insurance, local government and healthcare. Developed applications that are truly transformational for customers using the low code Liberty Create platform with highly bespoke customisations written in JavaScript and Vue.js. Implemented integrations across the family of Netcall Liberty platform products.

Delivered multiple highly bespoke ERP web applications that met our client’s complex business processes and domain standards. Applications included Resource and Order Management, Wages and e-Billing. ASP.NET and JavaScript based technologies (React/Redux) were used to create intuitive and lightweight UIs. Secure Web services (C# .Net Core) provided Business logic with Entity Framework connectivity to SQL databases. The applications were deployed on premise or to Cloud platforms (Azure and AWS). Significantly improved quality of outputs to zero defects on release by re-establishing developer test responsibilities and processes.Established a continuous integration pipeline using TeamCity and continuous deployment through automated scripts and Docker based containers. Developed internal business tools using AWS serverless technologies including S3, Lambda functions, DynamoDB and API Gateway. Reduced costs by migrating development environments from on-premise servers to AWS.Created a small set of native mobile applications developed in Swift for iOS and Xamarin for cross platform.Day to day line management of team and sprint management using Agile Scrum with elements of SAFe. Proactively managed resource capacity and skills capability within the team. Implemented a $1.5M e-commerce site for purchasing Xerox marketing collaterals. On time and high-quality delivery required significant coordination of development and integration activities between global Xerox teams and third parties (US, India, Israel, UK). Discovered and refined functional and non-functional requirements and worked as part of the architecture and design team to ensure the deployed implementation met the agreed business benefits and requirements.In addition to overall co-ordination responsibilities I was the agile product owner for an internal software team delivering one of the web-based application components and a set of web services. Technologies used: C#, ASP.NET, .Net 4.0 Web Services, UML, Project 2010, TFS. PMP Project.

Responsible for delivering a programme of Windows based software products providing state of the art document format conversion and manipulation capabilities. Line management responsibility for a team of 18-30 staff. I successfully hired world class developers and domain experts. The global team included a UK team, remote workers around the globe and an offshore group in Pune India. Products were delivered as end user application software and software development kits. Hewlett Packard and Quark released worldwide products incorporating the SDKs.
