• Developed a code generator supporting code for IPFIX Information Elements and IPFIX Exporter, packaging and sending IPFLOW data messages and a Collector, receiving messages via UDP sockets and dissecting them for.
• Ported Bose code from Qualcomm Bluetooth ADK 4.0.1 to ADK 6.0, then ADK 6.1, addressed and fixed numerous bugs and created new APIs and support code for global data fields added by Bose as part of the port.
• Implemented and tested video streaming protocol monitoring code for SCFVCP (Session Control Function – Video Control Plane) and BCP (Binary Control Protocol) for Netscout, allowing the display and analysis of user.
• Integrated tcmalloc from Google’s gperftools into Ooma’s FreeSWITCH implementation and build process for up to 4 times faster memory allocation and debugging advantages, helping the team efficiently detect memory leaks.
• Developed numerous modifications to the Netscout/Tektronix java-swing-based Session Analyzer tool including automatic SIP packet duplicate collapsing, combinational logic session filtering and selective IP address.
• Helped implement an automatic network topology detection component for the legacy Tektronix cell phone network monitoring system, providing automatic detection of new probes brought into service in the field and used.

• Debugged, fixed and tested the IP packet filtering component of the MN3100 Integrated Communications Platform allowing network connections to be filtered based on IPv4 address, protocol and port number ranges.
• Performed investigative work for the possibility of using a newer GNU C++ compiler, however, this effort was curtailed due to library incompatibly issues between the two compiler versions.
• Wrote design documentation and detailed test plans and participated in system level acceptance testing for the MN3100, helping improve product quality.
