I am currently a software developer for Solo-Link putting fresh ideas into applications.

I was employed as part of a small team to update old software to a new language. I was responsible for producing the GUI for the software and re-creating the all the interfaces that could be seen and interacted with by the user. I worked on this contract alongside my university degree so I was putting in as much work as I could in my free time.Thanks to this contract I gained a great insight on real work experience with a small team in a professional working environment. I learned on the go and found solutions to my problems independently (although I wasn't afraid to ask for help when I truly needed it). I furthered my knowledge with the C++ programming language and I improved my relational skills greatly. Throughout this employment I also learned to work under pressure with strict deadlines and goals to push for.This project helped strengthen my interest in software engineering/developing which I have enjoyed the most throughout my computing education. I truly value my time with this company and I look forward to finding more opportunities which can be just as beneficial to me as I am beneficial to the employer.
