--Manage 3 warehouses in China (2 in Shanghai, 1 in HK) to provide logistics service for 3 brands (UGG/Teva/Sanuk), 3 channels (retailer/distributor/e-commerce), 2 regions (mainland/HK) for Deckers Outdoors Ltd.--Understand the global and regional operational guidance; support the China (plus HK) business to achieve business objectives by planning, developing and implementation of operating requirements, policies, processes, and people, Develop operational strategies as input into the China business plan.--Manage all logistics service providers in China (plus HK), working closely with 3PL and external partner. Interacts with equivalent level managers (locally, AP level or Global level) concerning matters of significance to the company, Develop and maintain productive, effective, and professional relationships with peers, superiors, and collaborates cross functionally with Brands and sales support organizations.--Plans and manages the Logistics model to ensure best-fit-for-purpose, effective and efficient in both cost and capabilities, so as to support business goals. Monitor the importation and distribution operations to assure that service providers (3PL, forwarders, or trucking delivery) deliveries are on time, at the right costs, and with good quality, in line with KPI set. Supervise the warehouse operations (3PL or own warehouse) to ensure warehouse standard are best in class in terms of inventory management (accuracy, visibility, quality), efficient cost management, with good proactive capacity planning.

• Devise a door to door supply chain strategy for Beverage Group achieving an optimal mix between customer satisfaction, operational excellence and cost• Combine strategic development as well as continuous improvement programmes to effect improvement across the logistics and supply chain of the Beverage Group’s operations in Mainland China• Manage, coach and motivate the entire logistics team, based in several cities throughout Mainland China• Develop more effective forecasting programmes, to work with the regional heads, to ensure optimum levels of inventories at all time. This will entail monthly updated rolling forecasts per brand per SKU per region• Be responsible for the overall supply chain process, including effective and efficient sea/air freight, Customs clearance, Hygiene Certificates, labelling issues, transfer to Jebsen warehouses throughout Mainland China, delivery of goods to our customers • Develop the most effective 3PL programme, ensuring we have the most suitable 3rd party warehouses and delivery services to our customers. To constantly benchmark and review to ensure we have the best service • Provide expertise and guidance on import laws, PRC Customs and duties, CIQ as well as other related regulations to assure compliance

--To ensure that day to day running of logistics operations meets the business service requirements. (As the 1st logistics manager, help open the 1st store in Chinna)--To ensure that logistics operating policies are consistently implemented across all China operations (Set up the 1st distribution center in Shanghai, and in charge all logistics processes from port to shelf under 100% product be imported situation) --To provide an effective communication link between local office functions and 3PL’s (manage and help logistics service provider catch up M&S business quickly to start their food import and distribution from M&S business)

--Responsible for all the supply chain operation in China, especially to support owned store and franchise store in China ( 24 owned stores and18 franchise stores in China till now) --Design supply chain network based on business target and distribution coverage ( plan open 300 store in 2008 to cover more than 200 cities in China) included fashion, culture and life style business.--Responsible for QC for product which produce by contract manufactory

--Responsible for all the domestic transportation operation in China --Design the domestic transportation network based on business target and customer requirement--Lead a team to set up and implement the transportation network

--Manage Lucent's day-to-day logistics operation in China --Optimize Lucent's distribution network design--Select and qualify local 3PLs. Responsible for contract negotiation and renewal--Initiate effective cost cutting program – saving RMB 3 million for Lucent (50% warehouse space saving and 35% operation cost saving per unit cost - and initiate gain share program to keep cost saving momentum

--Responsible for logistics service of key accounts in Shanghai, both international and local hypermarkets (Lotus, Auchan, RT-Mart, Hualian, Lianhua and Nonggongshang)--Project owner for out of stock reduction, key account replenishment system, customer logistics cost reduction and ECR project --Achieve team’s target in inventory day reduction and out of stock reduction --Responsible for logistics quality for all business in Great China, assuring overall QA/GMP compliance with corporate policy and local regulations--Project owner for Guangzhou RDC re-location and targets achievement and transportation quality system roll-out in China--Manage customer transportation covering 14 provinces, 90 cities and 120 customers and volume of 1.2 million cases per month--Manage distribution center of 50,000m2 and product pick, transit, replenishment and inventory--Responsible for all the order management, including sales order process, complaints, returns and sales promotion plan support--Develop distribution organization and organize training and set team development target and realization plan
