  Responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and technical quality of the O*NET Program, the nation's primary source of occupational information.* Lead the multi-method occupational data collection (e.g., analysts, subject matter experts, customer and professional association input, employer job postings, web research, and transactional data).* Responsible for web-based resources and tools, including My Next Move sites, O*NET OnLine, O*NET Resource Center, Web Services, and the O*NET Interest Profiler.* Identify, design, and develop new projects, methodologies, and web designs/applications to further support customers in consultation with sponsors, Center staff, and contractors.* Provide technical support to O*NET sponsors and customers.* Respond to specific, individual customer requests for technical assistance, including website development and integration, licensing, appropriate use of data and career assessments, databases/web services, data representativeness, skills analysis, and data collection procedures/methodologies. * Design, develop, and maintain project documentation, including technical reports, summary information, graphics, informational website pages/applications, news blasts/updates, podcasts, training materials, and specific products.* Present projects, tools, and methodologies at meetings, conferences, webinars/interactive conference calls, focus groups, workshops, data jams, and training sessions.* Serve as the O*NET Center Liaison to sponsors and stakeholders.* Support and integrate O*NET projects within State, Regional, Federal, Industry, and International initiatives.* Provide briefings on the Program's projects, goals, and overall mission at ETA policy councils, planning and strategy sessions, professional boards, associations, and industry groups.* Update Federal Project Officer/Technical Representatives and North Carolina Commerce Department representatives on the Program's status.
