Key responsibilities• Owner of all Philips Dynalite software products • Developing and supplying tools to each regional product manager to ensure products are launched in the most appropriate manner in line with Philips standards• Developing both data management and system performance visualisation tools for green building energy management software• On-going development of hardware gateways to 3rd party protocols• Developing a system integration partner program• Working with program managers, project managers and software development teams globally for rapidly developing new software products to meet project opportunities

Following the Philips acquisition of the Dynalite business, this role was responsible for managing the on-going development of the training program to suit the needs of an ever growing customer base.Key responsibilities:• Redevelop all training courses to suit the new internal and external audiences provided by Philips.• Deploy trainers en masse to educate the Philips sales teams in how to sell Dynalite product• Introduce the Philips Dynalite product to North America• Recruit and train a team of regional trainers to support the needs of the larger organization• Add technical writing to the responsibilities of the training department• Employ new training tools to allow trainees to learn at their own pace

Responsible for the growth of the Southern African business with a primary focus on South Africa. Key responsibilities• Working closely with our key distributor in South Africa to develop business across the Southern African region• Guiding the development of a network of product resellers

Role created to satisfy a need in the industry for technical and sales skills training on the Dynalite product and was one of the key drivers in increasing sales. Initially solely responsible for all needs analysis, scoping, course planning, and preparation of training documentation, course presentation and evaluation, ranging in content from simple system set up to complex custom coding for unique operation.

Responsible for setting up and overseeing a global customer services department at the factory in Sydney to manage product supply and project support for our global distribution network.

Worked with diverse clients such as lighting designers, electrical engineers and architects to ensure all Dynalite projects in NSW were correctly specified, supplied, installed and programmed.Key responsibilities:• Manage the logistics to run a team of engineers to set up and service the many Dynalite systems in NSW• Deal with customer technical enquiries as second line support for NSW• Review and make take offs from tender documentation to generate system quotes• Manage projects from receipt of tender to shipment of goods• Support the sales force to ensure prompt response to all customer support issues
